Starting a food blog has been on my to do list for a long time. I'm so happy that it's finally happening. I love to cook, eat, and entertain. It's exciting to share my experiences with friends and family through Beyond Rice.
To get the blog going, I needed some nice photos for the header banner and a few dishes for the first couple of posts. I cooked up a storm and invited some friends over to help eat the food and be arm models :)
The photoshoot ended up being the type of experience I envision for Beyond Rice. Simple dishes from my kitchen and other kitchens around the world and enjoying them with good company.
