ABOUT ME
I have been eating everything in front of me since I was a baby. My mother said I was the easiest child to feed. (Is there an award for that? If not, there should be.) When I was old enough to comfortably reach the rice cooker and sink, my dinner duty was to cook rice. Being Vietnamese, my family ate rice almost every single day. As I grew up, I developed a passion for cooking and tasting food from around the world beyond rice.

Not only does food nourish the body, it also feeds the soul by providing comfort, joy, and peace. After a busy day at work, I love to put on some music, pour myself a glass of wine, and cook a full dinner. When I sit down to enjoy the meal with my friends (or even by myself), I get a warm cozy feeling inside and everything in life is more than just all right.
